How and Where to Use Electroluminescence
EL provides a cool, continuous, even light that can be shaped into stripes, strips, and geometric figures. Strips can run for several meters, with only one connection to a power source. Berikut ini adalah prosedur pemesanan Produk EL Untuk Mobil :
1. Diameter : (Aneka Ukuran) Ada lem di permukaan lembaran, dan melindungi dengan melindungi film. Lepaskan film, Anda dapat tetap lembaran ke kaca depan mobil langsung
2. Mengkonfirmasi desain Anda ingin membuat, dan mengirim desain kepada kami seperti efek animasi yang ditunjukkan di atas, Anda dapat mengirim logo kepada kami, dan desainer kami untuk merancang efek berkedip (Animasi) untuk Anda, atau Anda dapat memiliki Anda sendiri kebutuhan berkedip (Flashing yang di inginkan), dan kami akan buatkan sesuai pada kebutuhan Anda
3. Pilih Inverter:
Kita memiliki 2 jenis inverter yang dapat Anda pilih: 1. Inverter power by 4 pcs baterai AAA 2. Dengan menghubungkan kabel, inverter dihubungkan ke sistem lighter mobil.
4. Mengkonfirmasi order Quantity:
Bagi kami tidak peduli berapa banyak kuantiti yang ingin anda pesan, kami akan buatkan untuk Anda. Masalahnya adalah bahwa jika kuantiti pesanan terlalu kecil, maka biaya produksi akan sangat tinggi. Sehingga harga satuan produk akan lebih tinggi. Saat Kita sudah menerima desain untuk produk-produk yang di inginkan, maka kita harus membuat cetakan pertama (frame), dan customer dikenakan biaya cetakan Rp 600.000/Design (untuk pemesanan dibawah kuantiti)
Tapi sebaliknya jika kuantiti pesanan anda makin besar, maka makin rendah biaya produksi dan harga satuannya.

Wire connection:
A power cord with anode and cathode comes from the wire system of the small light which shows the width of a car, you can directly connect them together by connecting red cord to anode and back to cathode, it will light when you power-on the small lamps at night.

Installation:
This product is furnished with double faced adhesive tape and is covered with a protective membrane, you can remove membrane and stick to back windshield. Meanwhile, the product is outfitted with a cupule and you can press it directly to windshield.

The science behind the technology
Luminescence is achieved when the characteristics of certain substances emit absorbed energy. With a luminescent lamp you have light that is generated via radiant energy without creating temperature. The stimulation of luminescence by electricity is called electroluminescence (EL).
An organic phosphor is affixed between two conductors. When an AC signal of sufficient voltage and frequency is applied to the conductors an electric field is formed across the phosphor and causes it to emit visible light. Most of the phosphors used in the technology can only emit white or pink light. Colored overlays are used to attain additional colors.
EL was originally developed in 1936, but was not made commercially viable until the early 1990s. Since then, the technology has been refined into a high tech process that can be used on virtually any application.
